I uploaded 3 videos from my digital camera. How do I spend them to my computer?

I don’t understand….when you upload your videos to the computer, you usually have to put them into a folder, which means they are on your computer, which means they are saved.
Once you upload images and videos from your digital camera, to your computer, the computer automatically saves the files to a fder on your computer. Usually in My Documents or My Pictures. Usually the uploading tool has a space for you to specify the place where they are saved.
